If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We will refund you within 7 days. Any costs that need to be payed for returning the product(s) are for your own account. Make sure that the products are well wrapped up and send it to us with a postal service, or make an appointment to drop it off. Tuinfeest is not responsible for damages, we will not refund in that case. We are also not responsible for lost returns.
